We strongly encourage you to sign up for a Quarterly Maintenance Program. This will yield the longest life from you floors. A poorly maintained floor will eventually need to be replaced, costing you thousands of dollars more.

  • Upholstery Cleaning (chairs and sofas)

We utilize fans at the end of our cleaning process to speed up the dry time so you and your staff can get back to work quickly. Dry time can be as short as 30 minutes. Extra dirt repellent agents are available upon request for an additional charge.

  • Detailed dust removal from vents, light fixtures, ceiling pipes, window seals, andfurniture.
